server 2016 执行python报错如下：

ImportError: DLL load failed while importing onnxruntime_pybind11_state: 动态链接库(DLL)初始化例程失败。

解决方案：

安装VC_redist.x64.exe（2015-2022）

ImportError: DLL load failed while importing onnxruntime_pybind11_state: 拒绝访问。

如果在子用户下运行需要试用管理员运行。
